Butter Toffee Pretzels

This Butter Toffee Pretzels recipe transforms plain pretzels into a buttery, caramel-coated snack that’s sweet, crunchy, and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), line a baking sheet, and spread pretzels in a single layer.
  • Melt butter, then add brown sugar, honey, and salt; boil 3–4 minutes until glossy.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour toffee over pretzels, toss gently, and add nuts if desired.
  • Bake 7–10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool completely, then break into clusters and serve.
