Butter Toffee Pretzels

- 4 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), line a baking sheet, and spread pretzels in a single layer.
Melt butter, then add brown sugar, honey, and salt; boil 3–4 minutes until glossy.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour toffee over pretzels, toss gently, and add nuts if desired.
