Bundt Pan Nachos
Bundt Pan Nachos layers seasoned beef, melted cheese, and crispy chips for a fun, shareable snack. Easy, flavorful, and perfect for casual gatherings.
- ½ pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup diced yellow onion
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 8 ounces Colby jack cheese shredded
- About 8 ounces tortilla chips
- Optional garnishes: sour cream diced tomatoes, chopped fresh cilantro
Preheat oven to 450°F and spray a 12-cup Bundt pan.
Cook ground beef and onion with salt and pepper until browned; drain fat.
Stir in water and taco seasoning; cook until mostly absorbed.
Layer half the cheese, beef, and one-third of tortilla chips in the Bundt pan.
Repeat layers with remaining cheese, beef, and chips.
Bake 10 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
Invert pan onto a plate and remove Bundt pan carefully.
Garnish with sour cream, tomatoes, and cilantro; serve.
