Buffalo Chicken Turkey Bacon Mozzarella Bombs
Buffalo Chicken Turkey Bacon Mozzarella Bombs are oven baked biscuit pockets filled with spicy shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and melty mozzarella, perfect for family dinners or game day snacks.
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast cooked and shredded
- ½ cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 strips turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing optional for serving
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce in a bowl until evenly coated.
Fold in the turkey bacon and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Separate and flatten each biscuit into a round large enough to hold filling.
Spoon the chicken mixture into the center of each biscuit and add a little more mozzarella.
Fold the dough around the filling, pinch to seal, and place seam side down on the baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
