Bucket Recipe
A riotously colorful and boozy beach-style punch served in a bucket, layered with fruit, soda, and candies—made to share, sip, and spark serious summer joy.
- 2 cups vodka any flavor you love—peach, citrus, watermelon all work
- 1 cup coconut rum
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 1 cup blue curaçao
- 1 can 12 oz lemon-lime soda
- 1 can 12 oz pineapple juice
- 1 cup fruit punch or orange juice
- Swedish Fish gummy worms, or sour candies
- Orange and lime slices
- Maraschino cherries
- Ice a lot!
Fill your bucket about halfway with ice. Toss in a generous handful of Swedish Fish or gummy worms, a few slices of lime and orange, and a couple of cherries. This sets the scene and ensures your fruit and candy chill from the start.
Slowly pour in the vodka, coconut rum, peach schnapps, and blue curaçao. Follow with the pineapple juice, fruit punch (or orange juice), and lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine without disturbing the fizzy soda too much.
Top the drink with more ice to bring the liquid close to the rim. Add a second round of fruit slices and a handful of maraschino cherries. Tuck in extra candy pieces for fun.
Place several crazy straws and mini straws around the edges of the bucket. Serve immediately with a warning: this is dangerously easy to sip and way more potent than it tastes.
