Bubblegum Breeze

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz (60 ml) vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) blue curaçao
  • 1 oz (30 ml) bubblegum syrup
  • 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) lemon-lime soda
  • Cotton candy for garnish
  • Ice cubes
  • Bubblegum balls for garnish
  • Pink sanding sugar for rimming

Instructions
 

  • Pour pink sanding sugar onto a small plate. Moisten the rim of a hurricane glass with water, then dip it into the sugar to coat. Set aside to dry.
  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in vanilla vodka, blue curaçao, bubblegum syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Shake well for 15 seconds until cold and combined.
  • Add fresh ice cubes to the prepared glass. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass carefully to keep the color bright.
  • Pour in lemon-lime soda to fill the glass. Stir gently to mix without losing the fizz.
  • Place a large piece of cotton candy on top, letting it hang slightly over the edge. Skewer 2–3 bubblegum balls and rest them on the rim. Serve right away and let guests stir in the cotton candy for a sweet color-changing surprise.
