Brownie Sundae Cups

Brownie Sundae Cups are warm chocolate brownie bowls filled with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and fun toppings for an easy, family-friendly dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 1 box brownie mix plus required eggs, oil, and water per package
  • Non-stick spray
  • Sprinkles cherries, or nuts for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a muffin tin.
  • Prepare the brownie batter as directed; add a teaspoon of water if too thick.
  • Portion about 2 tablespoons of batter into each muffin cup.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes until edges are set and centers look soft and glossy.
  • While hot, press the centers down with a small glass to form cups.
  • Cool completely, then fill with ice cream, drizzle with hot fudge, and add toppings.
