Brownie Cheesecake Cups are no-bake, layered desserts that combine crumbled fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake filling, and luscious chocolate ganache with caramel drizzle. Perfect for parties, weeknight treats, or make-ahead desserts that taste like pure decadence in a cup.

Ingredients
  

For the Brownie Base:

  • 2 cups fudgy brownies crumbled

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • cups cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

For Toppings and Garnish:

  • ½ cup chocolate ganache
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup extra brownie crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to keep it light and airy.
  • Spoon a few tablespoons of brownie crumbs into each serving cup and press lightly to form the base.
  • Add a layer of cheesecake filling, then drizzle chocolate ganache and caramel sauce for a marbled look.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are full.
  • Finish with extra brownie crumbs and a final drizzle of sauce, then chill for at least an hour before serving.
