Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham Bake is a sweet and savory dish with tender ham, juicy pineapple, and a tangy glaze—perfect for weeknight dinners or potlucks.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 can 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained (reserve 1/4 cup of the juice)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard or yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves optional but adds a warm spiced note
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish so nothing sticks and cleanup is easy.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce, 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice, and ground cloves (if using). Mix until smooth.
  • Add the ham and pineapple chunks to the baking dish. Pour the sauce on top, then gently stir everything so the ham and pineapple are well coated.
  • Place the dish in the oven, uncovered. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the ham is hot and the edges are slightly browned and caramelized.
  • Spoon it over warm rice or serve with roasted veggies or salad for a full meal.
