Brown Sugar Baked Pork Chops
These Brown Sugar Baked Pork Chops are a quick, oven-baked favorite. Thick-cut pork chops are glazed in a buttery brown sugar sauce with hints of soy and Worcestershire, resulting in juicy, sweet-savory perfection.
- 4 thick-cut pork chops about 1 inch thick
- 4 tbsp brown sugar packed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Set it to 350°F (175°C) and get your baking dish ready with a light grease.
Melt butter in a small pan, then mix in brown sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire. Stir until smooth and shiny.
Lay your pork chops in the dish and pour that sweet glaze all over. Brush or spoon to cover them evenly.
Pop it in the oven for 30–35 minutes. Halfway through, scoop some glaze from the pan and drizzle it back on top to keep things juicy.
Broil for the glow-up (optional) – Want a caramelized crust? Switch to broil for 2–3 minutes at the end, but don’t take your eyes off it!
Take it out and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes so the juices stay locked in. Then serve and enjoy!
