Brown Sugar Baked Pork Chops

These Brown Sugar Baked Pork Chops are a quick, oven-baked favorite. Thick-cut pork chops are glazed in a buttery brown sugar sauce with hints of soy and Worcestershire, resulting in juicy, sweet-savory perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick-cut pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Set it to 350°F (175°C) and get your baking dish ready with a light grease.
  • Melt butter in a small pan, then mix in brown sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire. Stir until smooth and shiny.
  • Lay your pork chops in the dish and pour that sweet glaze all over. Brush or spoon to cover them evenly.
  • Pop it in the oven for 30–35 minutes. Halfway through, scoop some glaze from the pan and drizzle it back on top to keep things juicy.
  • Broil for the glow-up (optional) – Want a caramelized crust? Switch to broil for 2–3 minutes at the end, but don’t take your eyes off it!
  • Take it out and let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes so the juices stay locked in. Then serve and enjoy!
