Broccoli Cheese Patties

With a crispy exterior and a cheesy, tender interior, these patties are a delightful treat for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Steam the broccoli florets until tender, then finely chop them.
  • In a large bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the beaten eggs and stir until everything is well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into firm patties using your hands.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Once cooked, transfer the patties to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve hot.
