Breakfast Burrito

If you need a filling breakfast to keep you full for hours, this Breakfast Burrito is your go-to option!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 hash brown sticks
  • 1 chicken sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp onion diced
  • 1 tbsp bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2-3 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • Chipotle mayo or spicy mayo
  • Pickled jalapeños optional

Instructions
 

  • Cook the hash brown sticks in an air fryer until crispy.
  • Slice the chicken sausage in half and whisk the eggs. Fry the sausage until nicely blistered.
  • Sauté the diced bell peppers and onions in a pan, then add the eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  • Add cheddar cheese on top of the scrambled eggs, cover with a lid, and let the cheese melt.
  • Build your burrito by spreading a layer of Chipotle mayo on the tortilla. Add the egg and cheese scramble, sausage, and hash brown sticks.
  • Roll up the burrito and toast it in a pan until golden and crispy on the outside. Enjoy!
