Boozy Butterbeer Milkshake
A creamy, dreamy milkshake with the buttery sweetness of butterscotch and a warming hint of spiced rum, perfect for a quick grown-up treat or a party-ready dessert drink.
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butterscotch syrup
- ¼ cup spiced rum or whiskey
- Whipped cream for topping
- Extra butterscotch syrup for drizzling
Add vanilla ice cream, milk, butterscotch syrup, and spiced rum (or whiskey) to a blender and blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Adjust consistency by adding more ice cream for thickness or extra milk to thin it out.
Pour into tall glasses, then top with whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch syrup. Serve immediately while frosty and cold.
