Boozy Butterbeer Milkshake

A creamy, dreamy milkshake with the buttery sweetness of butterscotch and a warming hint of spiced rum, perfect for a quick grown-up treat or a party-ready dessert drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butterscotch syrup
  • ¼ cup spiced rum or whiskey
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Extra butterscotch syrup for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Add vanilla ice cream, milk, butterscotch syrup, and spiced rum (or whiskey) to a blender and blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency by adding more ice cream for thickness or extra milk to thin it out.
  • Pour into tall glasses, then top with whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch syrup. Serve immediately while frosty and cold.
