Bologna Salad
A creamy, tangy, and savory spread made from bologna, eggs, mayo, and pickle relish. Perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or as a hearty dip.
- 1 pound Bologna
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- ΒΌ cup pickle relish
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Add bologna and hard-boiled eggs to a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped with a slightly chunky texture.
Transfer to a bowl. Add mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish. Stir until fully combined and creamy.
For extra flavor, mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
Serve immediately or cover and chill for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor. Best served cold.
