Bologna Salad

A creamy, tangy, and savory spread made from bologna, eggs, mayo, and pickle relish. Perfect for sandwiches, crackers, or as a hearty dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Bologna
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • ΒΌ cup pickle relish
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Add bologna and hard-boiled eggs to a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped with a slightly chunky texture.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Add mayonnaise and sweet pickle relish. Stir until fully combined and creamy.
  • For extra flavor, mix in shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Serve immediately or cover and chill for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor. Best served cold.
