Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites
Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites are a creamy, refreshing snack made with Greek yogurt and a simple blueberry sauce—wholesome, delicious, and easy to make!
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust sweetness if needed.
Make the Blueberry Swirl: In a saucepan over medium heat, simmer blueberries, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens. Let cool, then mash or blend for a smoother consistency.
Assemble the Yogurt Bites: Line a mini muffin tin or silicone mold. Fill each mold halfway with yogurt, add a teaspoon of blueberry sauce, and swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect.
Freeze Until Firm: Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid. Once set, remove from molds and store in an airtight container.
