Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls
With their sweet, tangy filling and flaky dough, these rolls are a delightful choice for breakfast or dessert.
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Unroll dough and separate into triangles.
Add cream cheese mixture and blueberries to each triangle.
Roll up and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
