Blueberry Brie Jalapeno Poppers
Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are a sweet, savory, slightly spicy appetizer made with brie-stuffed jalapeños wrapped in ham, prosciutto, or bacon and topped with warm blueberry preserves.
- 6 fresh jalapeños halved and seeds removed
- 6 oz brie cheese cut into small chunks
- 12 slices deli ham prosciutto, or bacon
- ⅓ cup blueberry preserves
- Optional: pinch of black pepper or flaky salt
Preheat oven or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking sheet if using the oven.
Halve jalapeños, scoop out seeds and membranes.
Add a small piece of brie to each half.
Wrap each jalapeño with ham, prosciutto, or bacon; secure if needed.
Bake or air fry 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and wrapping crisps.
Warm blueberry preserves briefly until smooth.
Drizzle preserves over poppers and add pepper or flaky salt if desired.
Serve hot for the best texture.
