Blueberry Brie Jalapeno Poppers

Blueberry Brie Jalapeño Poppers are a sweet, savory, slightly spicy appetizer made with brie-stuffed jalapeños wrapped in ham, prosciutto, or bacon and topped with warm blueberry preserves.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 fresh jalapeños halved and seeds removed
  • 6 oz brie cheese cut into small chunks
  • 12 slices deli ham prosciutto, or bacon
  • cup blueberry preserves
  • Optional: pinch of black pepper or flaky salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking sheet if using the oven.
  • Halve jalapeños, scoop out seeds and membranes.
  • Add a small piece of brie to each half.
  • Wrap each jalapeño with ham, prosciutto, or bacon; secure if needed.
  • Bake or air fry 15–20 minutes until cheese melts and wrapping crisps.
  • Warm blueberry preserves briefly until smooth.
  • Drizzle preserves over poppers and add pepper or flaky salt if desired.
  • Serve hot for the best texture.
