Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese
Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese is a rich, gooey twist on the classic—creamy Brie meets sweet blueberry jam for a bold, crave-worthy bite that’s perfect any time of day.
- 3 teaspoons salted butter softened
- 2 slices white bread
- ⅛ cup Brie cheese sliced
- 3 teaspoons blueberry pie filling or blueberry jam
Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place Brie on the unbuttered side. Spoon blueberry pie filling or jam over the Brie. Top with the second slice, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook the sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the Brie is melted.
Let it rest for 30 seconds, then cut in half. Serve warm.
