Big Mac Wraps

Big Mac Wraps offer a healthier, more convenient twist on the classic Big Mac. Packed with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and creamy special sauce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a fun and easy way to enjoy the iconic flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions for 3 minutes until soft. Add ground beef, break it into crumbles, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  • Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds. Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles (optional).
  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
