Big Mac Wraps
Big Mac Wraps offer a healthier, more convenient twist on the classic Big Mac. Packed with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, pickles, and creamy special sauce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a fun and easy way to enjoy the iconic flavors.
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
Combine mayonnaise, chopped dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions for 3 minutes until soft. Add ground beef, break it into crumbles, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds. Spread a generous layer of special sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles (optional).
Fold in the sides and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
