Grilled Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich is a crispy, melty treat with creamy peanut butter and sweet banana—ideal for quick, comforting bites.
- 2 slices of bread white, whole wheat, or sourdough
- 2 to 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 ripe banana sliced into rounds
- 1 to 2 teaspoons butter softened (for grilling)
- Optional: pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of honey
Evenly spread peanut butter on both slices of bread, right to the edges.
Layer banana slices on one slice. Add a pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of honey if desired.
Top with the second slice, peanut butter side down. Press gently.
Lightly butter the outsides. Grill in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
