Grilled Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich is a crispy, melty treat with creamy peanut butter and sweet banana—ideal for quick, comforting bites.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of bread white, whole wheat, or sourdough
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana sliced into rounds
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons butter softened (for grilling)
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of honey

Instructions
 

  • Evenly spread peanut butter on both slices of bread, right to the edges.
  • Layer banana slices on one slice. Add a pinch of sea salt or a drizzle of honey if desired.
  • Top with the second slice, peanut butter side down. Press gently.
  • Lightly butter the outsides. Grill in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  • Slice in half and serve warm.
