For serving: waffle cones
graham crackers, cookies, or fresh fruit
Instructions
Beat ricotta and mascarpone (or cream cheese) until smooth; drain ricotta first if watery for a thicker dip.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond extract; beat until light and fluffy, adjusting sweetness if needed.
Gently fold in mini chocolate chips, saving some for topping.
Chill for 1 hour to thicken and deepen the flavor (optional).
Transfer to a serving bowl, top with extra chocolate chips and nuts, and serve with cones, cookies, crackers, or fruit.
If too thick after chilling, stir in a little milk or cream to loosen.
