Beefy Cheesy Fries Wrap

Beefy Cheesy Fries Wrap layers seasoned beef, crispy fries, and creamy cheese sauce, all wrapped in a warm tortilla for handheld comfort food you can make at home.

Ingredients
  

  • 1  lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or about 2 Tbsp homemade blend
  • 3  cups frozen French fries or fresh-cut fries
  • 1  cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1  cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½  cup milk
  • 4  large flour tortillas
  • Optional: sour cream hot sauce, guacamole, pico de gallo

Instructions
 

  • Brown beef or steak with taco seasoning in a skillet over medium heat, 8–10 minutes. Drain fat.
  • Bake at 425°F for 15–20 minutes or air-fry until golden. Salt while hot.
  • Melt cheddar, Monterey Jack, and milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Warm tortillas. Add beef, ¾ cup fries, 3–4 Tbsp cheese sauce, and toppings.
  • Fold and roll wraps tightly. Toast seam-side down in a skillet, 1–2 minutes per side.
  • Slice and serve warm.
