Beef Bacon Cream Doritos Nachos

Cheesy Beef Bacon Cream Doritos Nachos are layered with seasoned ground beef, smoky bacon, melty mozzarella, and a creamy ranch-cheese sauce, baked until bubbling and golden. Perfect for parties, game nights, or family dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 14.5 oz Doritos Nacho Chips
  • 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5 strips bacon cooked and chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion until browned and soft. Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes more, then remove from heat.
  • In a small pot, warm heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in ranch mix and pepper; keep warm on low.
  • Spread Doritos on the baking sheet and sprinkle with 1 ½ cups mozzarella. Spoon beef over chips, add remaining cheese, and scatter bacon on top.
  • Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Drizzle with warm cream sauce, top with green onions, and serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
