Beef Bacon Cream Doritos Nachos
Cheesy Beef Bacon Cream Doritos Nachos are layered with seasoned ground beef, smoky bacon, melty mozzarella, and a creamy ranch-cheese sauce, baked until bubbling and golden. Perfect for parties, game nights, or family dinners.
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion diced
- ½ tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 8 oz heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 14.5 oz Doritos Nacho Chips
- 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 strips bacon cooked and chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
Heat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion until browned and soft. Stir in garlic, salt, and pepper; cook 2 minutes more, then remove from heat.
In a small pot, warm heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in ranch mix and pepper; keep warm on low.
Spread Doritos on the baking sheet and sprinkle with 1 ½ cups mozzarella. Spoon beef over chips, add remaining cheese, and scatter bacon on top.
Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Drizzle with warm cream sauce, top with green onions, and serve hot with extra sauce on the side.
