BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Mac ‘n’ Cheese Casserole combines tender elbow macaroni, seasoned beef, crispy bacon, smoky barbecue sauce, and gooey cheddar cheese into a creamy, irresistible dish. Ingredients
  

  • 1 elbow macaroni
  • 1 ground beef
  • 6 crispy bacon
  • 1 shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ BBQ sauce
  • 1 heavy cream
  • ¼ breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking and a crispy topping.
  • Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, drain excess grease, stir in BBQ sauce, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, BBQ beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and heavy cream. Stir until well coated.
  • Assemble the casserole: Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
  • Add topping and bake: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
