BBQ Bacon Cheese Fry Mountain

BBQ Bacon Cheese Fry Mountain is a loaded pile of crispy fries, cheddar, bacon, BBQ sauce, and sour cream—great for family nights or laid-back gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 cups frozen French fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake frozen fries for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
  • While fries bake, cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
  • Pile fries onto a platter. Top with cheese and bacon.
  • Drizzle with BBQ sauce. Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
  • Top with sour cream, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
