BBQ Bacon Cheese Fry Mountain
BBQ Bacon Cheese Fry Mountain is a loaded pile of crispy fries, cheddar, bacon, BBQ sauce, and sour cream—great for family nights or laid-back gatherings.
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 cups frozen French fries
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake frozen fries for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp.
While fries bake, cook bacon until crispy. Crumble and set aside.
Pile fries onto a platter. Top with cheese and bacon.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce. Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
Top with sour cream, green onions, paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
