Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta
Tender shrimp, smoky paprika, and a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce keep you coming back for more.
For the pasta:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh scallions chopped
For the sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic pressed
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp Sriracha optional
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water; drain.
Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper on the baking sheet.
Roast shrimp for 6-8 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Combine pasta, shrimp, and sauce in a large bowl; garnish with parsley and scallions. Serve immediately.
