Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Tender shrimp, smoky paprika, and a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients
  

For the pasta:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh scallions chopped

For the sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp Sriracha optional
  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water; drain.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper on the baking sheet.
  • Roast shrimp for 6-8 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  • Combine pasta, shrimp, and sauce in a large bowl; garnish with parsley and scallions. Serve immediately.
