Banana Split Fluff
Banana Split Fluff is a creamy, no-bake dessert that combines bananas, strawberries, pineapple, and cherries into a chilled, scoopable treat—perfect for parties or quick sweet cravings.
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1½ cups chopped strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas sliced
- 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans optional
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 10 oz jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
In a large bowl, stir the pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until smooth and creamy—avoid overmixing.
Fold in marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, cherries, chocolate chips, and nuts (if using) until evenly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend and texture set.
Serve cold in bowls or cups. Garnish with extra cherries or chocolate syrup, if desired.
