Banana Pudding Brownies

Banana Pudding Brownies are soft dessert bars made with banana pudding mix, cake mix, and vanilla wafers, offering a layered flavor that’s sweet, familiar, and easy to share.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips optional
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F or 175°C and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish well.
  • Mix the yellow cake mix, banana pudding mix, melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed vanilla wafers, loosening with a little milk if needed.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  • Cool completely in the pan before slicing.
