Banana Cinnamon Oat Breakfast Squares

Banana Cinnamon Breakfast Oat Squares are soft baked oat bars made with bananas, cottage cheese, oats, and warm cinnamon, creating a protein rich breakfast that can be prepared ahead for busy mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Blend cottage cheese, mashed bananas, and eggs until smooth.
  • Mix with maple syrup, oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  • Pour batter into the pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until lightly golden and set.
  • Cool completely, then lift out and cut into squares.
