Baked Ham And Cheese Mozzarella Sticks
Golden, crispy eggroll-wrapped ham and mozzarella sticks baked to perfection with a light garlic seasoning—perfect for snacking, parties, or a quick family-friendly meal.
- 12 eggroll wrappers 7 inches each
- 12 slices honey ham thinly sliced
- 12 mozzarella sticks string cheese
- Olive oil for brushing
- Garlic salt to taste
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place an eggroll wrapper like a diamond. Add one slice of ham and a mozzarella stick in the center.
Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly. Put seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden on top. Turn over and bake 4–5 more minutes until crisp.
