Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole

Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole is a creamy, comforting pasta bake with tender spaghetti, cream cheese, marinara, and melted mozzarella—easy to make and family-approved.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage optional
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and let cool slightly.
  • Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and marinara sauce. Add cooked ground beef or sausage if desired.
  • Toss spaghetti with the sauce until coated. Stir in half the mozzarella.
  • Spread mixture in baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
