Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole is a creamy, comforting pasta bake with tender spaghetti, cream cheese, marinara, and melted mozzarella—easy to make and family-approved.
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar 24 oz marinara sauce
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or sausage optional
- Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and let cool slightly.
Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and marinara sauce. Add cooked ground beef or sausage if desired.
Toss spaghetti with the sauce until coated. Stir in half the mozzarella.
Spread mixture in baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
