Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls Recipe

These Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls combine savory cheddar and tender broccoli, bound with breadcrumbs and baked to a crispy golden brown. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Scoop the mixture by the tablespoon and roll into tight balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1–2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the balls cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack, appetizer, or side dish!
