Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls Recipe
These Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls combine savory cheddar and tender broccoli, bound with breadcrumbs and baked to a crispy golden brown. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish!
- 2 cups broccoli florets finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs beaten
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. 
- Scoop the mixture by the tablespoon and roll into tight balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1–2 inches apart. 
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
