Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls
These are a breeze to make, packed with flavor, and loaded with nutrients like vitamin C and potassium.
- 500 g broccoli chopped into florets
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs + 1 egg white
- 3 spring onions chopped
- 1 cup cheese shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Blanch broccoli florets for 1 minute, then chop finely.
Combine breadcrumbs, eggs, spring onions, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add chopped broccoli to the mixture and mix well.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the balls, and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
