Baileys Irish Cream Brownies: A Decadent, Fudgy Dessert Masterpiece

Baileys Irish Cream Brownies are rich, fudgy chocolate squares topped with a smooth Baileys infused frosting for a decadent and irresistible dessert.

Ingredients
  

For the Brownies

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the Frosting

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons heavy cream optional

Optional Chocolate Drizzle

  • ¼ cup semi sweet chocolate chips melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch pan.
  • Whisk melted butter and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Sift flour, cocoa, and salt; fold into wet mixture until smooth. Add extra Baileys if batter is too stiff.
  • Pour batter into pan and bake 20–25 minutes until a toothpick shows moist crumbs. Cool completely.
  • Beat butter, gradually add powdered sugar, then Baileys to make frosting. Adjust consistency with cream if needed.
  • Spread frosting over cooled brownies, drizzle melted chocolate if desired, let set, then slice and serve.
