Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole

Bacon Ranch Chicken Casserole is a creamy, cheesy dish with tender chicken, ranch seasoning, crispy bacon, and a crunchy chip topping—easy, comforting, and always a hit.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix about 1 oz
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 2 cups crushed potato chips for topping

Instructions
 

  • Heat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • In a big bowl, whisk together the soup, sour cream, and ranch mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the chicken and half of the crumbled bacon.
  • Spread the mix in your dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle on the rest of the bacon and the crushed chips.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Cool for 5 minutes before serving. It’ll set up and be easier to scoop.
