Bacon, Egg, And Cheese Sandwich
Start your day with this ultimate breakfast sandwich, packed with crispy bacon, cheesy goodness, and eggs cooked two ways.
- 2 slices thick bread toasted
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 slice cheddar cheese or your favorite
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Drain on a paper towel.
