Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti
Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti is a rich, creamy, family-friendly casserole made with tender noodles, smoky bacon, and a smooth cream cheese sauce baked until perfectly bubbly.
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Boil salted water, cook spaghetti until tender but not mushy, then drain and set aside.
Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Toss the warm spaghetti with the cream cheese mixture, then fold in half of the crumbled bacon.
Spread half the marinara sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish, add the spaghetti mixture, then top with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top, then add the remaining bacon.
Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
