Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti

Bacon Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti is a rich, creamy, family-friendly casserole made with tender noodles, smoky bacon, and a smooth cream cheese sauce baked until perfectly bubbly.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil salted water, cook spaghetti until tender but not mushy, then drain and set aside.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Toss the warm spaghetti with the cream cheese mixture, then fold in half of the crumbled bacon.
  • Spread half the marinara sauce in a 9×13-inch baking dish, add the spaghetti mixture, then top with the remaining sauce.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top, then add the remaining bacon.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
