Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Tater Tot Cones With Colossal Cheese Volcano are crispy tater cones packed with cheesy bacon-beef filling and topped with molten mozzarella—fun, bold, and perfect for parties.
Filling
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon cooked & crumbled
- ½ cup diced onions
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup mustard
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Cheese Toppings
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook and crumble bacon. Dice onions.
Brown ground beef in a skillet (6–8 mins). Drain fat. Add bacon, onions, ketchup, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 mins.
Hollow out frozen tater tots into cone shapes. Stand them upright on a baking sheet.
Stuff each cone with beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheddar.
Bake 15–20 mins until crispy and cheese melts. Top with mozzarella mixed with extra filling. Bake 5–10 mins until bubbly.
