Bacon Cheeseburger Loaded Mozzarella Stick Bombs

Mini mozzarella stick bombs wrapped in pizza or biscuit dough, stuffed with seasoned beef, bacon, and cheddar—baked golden and served warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 mozzarella sticks each cut in half (makes 16 bombs)
  • ½ lb cooked ground beef seasoned like your favorite cheeseburger
  • 4 strips cooked bacon crumbled
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for brushing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds or fresh parsley
  • Dipping sauce: ranch marinara, or burger sauce

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out pizza dough and press into small circles with your hands.
  • In the center of each circle, add: a little seasoned beef, some bacon bits, a bit of shredded cheese, half a mozzarella stick
  • Fold dough around the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the sheet.
  • Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush on top. Add sesame seeds or parsley if you like.
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Cool slightly and enjoy with dipping sauce.
