Bacon Cheeseburger Garlic Butter Rollups
Buttery garlic rollups filled with seasoned ground beef, bacon, and cheddar—baked into golden cheeseburger spirals that are perfect for dipping.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (6–7 mins). Drain grease, then stir in bacon and cheese until melted.
Press crescent dough into one rectangle. Spread beef mixture evenly over it.
Roll dough into a log from the long side. Pinch to seal.
Cut into 12 slices. Place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
Mix melted butter and garlic. Brush over each roll.
Bake 15–18 mins until golden and bubbly.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce.
