Bacon Cheeseburger Garlic Butter Rollups

Buttery garlic rollups filled with seasoned ground beef, bacon, and cheddar—baked into golden cheeseburger spirals that are perfect for dipping.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (6–7 mins). Drain grease, then stir in bacon and cheese until melted.
  • Press crescent dough into one rectangle. Spread beef mixture evenly over it.
  • Roll dough into a log from the long side. Pinch to seal.
  • Cut into 12 slices. Place cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  • Mix melted butter and garlic. Brush over each roll.
  • Bake 15–18 mins until golden and bubbly.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with dipping sauce.
