Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are flaky biscuit pockets filled with beef, bacon, and melted cheese, topped with buttery garlic and sesame seeds—ideal for quick dinners or game day snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire. Simmer for 1 minute, then mix in crumbled bacon and cheddar. Let cool slightly.
  • Flatten each biscuit. Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to the center, fold the edges over, and pinch to seal into a ball.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until golden. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
