Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 6 strips bacon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  • Mix the Seasoning: In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the Chicken: Toss the chicken tenders with olive oil and Dijon mustard, then roll them in the brown sugar mixture until fully coated.
  • Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each tender with chopped bacon and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Sprinkle any leftover seasoning on top.
  • Bake Until Crispy: Bake for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C). Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra caramelization.
