These Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders combine tender chicken, crispy bacon, and caramelized brown sugar for a mouthwatering dish that’s sweet, smoky, and savory. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or easy dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • tsp ground black pepper
  • 8 strips of bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking and caramelization.
  • Slice the chicken: Cut each chicken breast into four thin strips for even cooking.
  • Coat with seasoning: Mix brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the chicken strips until fully coated.
  • Wrap with bacon: Wrap each chicken strip tightly with a slice of bacon, tucking the ends underneath or securing them with a toothpick.
  • Arrange and sprinkle: Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining brown sugar on top.
  • Bake until crispy: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is cooked through and crisp. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
