Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

- 1 lb chicken tenders about 10
- 10 slices bacon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire rack.
Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken tenders.
Wrap each tender with one slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if needed.
Place bacon-wrapped tenders on the rack. Sprinkle more brown sugar on top if desired.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bacon is crispy and chicken is fully cooked.
