Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders about 10
  • 10 slices bacon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and top with a wire rack.
  • Mix brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken tenders.
  • Wrap each tender with one slice of bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if needed.
  • Place bacon-wrapped tenders on the rack. Sprinkle more brown sugar on top if desired.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the bacon is crispy and chicken is fully cooked.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot with ranch, honey mustard, or BBQ sauce.
