Bacon BBQ Chicken Sliders

Sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with BBQ chicken, crisp bacon, and melty cheese, brushed with butter and seasoning, baked until golden—perfect party sliders.

Ingredients
  

  • 12- count package Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • cups BBQ sauce
  • 8 slices cooked bacon halved
  • 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese

Topping

  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp BBQ seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half. Place bottoms on the baking sheet.
  • Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
  • Spread chicken on bottom rolls. Add bacon, then sprinkle cheese. Place tops back on.
  • Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  • Cut into sliders and serve warm. Best enjoyed fresh.
