Bacon BBQ Chicken Sliders
Sweet Hawaiian rolls filled with BBQ chicken, crisp bacon, and melty cheese, brushed with butter and seasoning, baked until golden—perfect party sliders.
- 12- count package Hawaiian rolls
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1½ cups BBQ sauce
- 8 slices cooked bacon halved
- 1 cup shredded fiesta blend cheese
Topping
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp BBQ seasoning
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Slice Hawaiian rolls in half. Place bottoms on the baking sheet.
Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
Spread chicken on bottom rolls. Add bacon, then sprinkle cheese. Place tops back on.
Brush tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese melts and tops are golden.
Cut into sliders and serve warm. Best enjoyed fresh.
