roma tomatoes

serrano pepper

Instructions
In a small frying pan, add a teaspoon of oil and heat over medium heat.
Once hot, add whole tomatoes, jalapenos, serrano peppers and garlic.
Roast in the pan until the skin is charred and blistered.
