Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C and lightly grease a roasting pan.
Pat the turkey breast dry, rub with olive oil or butter, and season evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried herbs.
Simmer cranberry sauce, orange juice, zest, honey or brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and cinnamon for 5 to 7 minutes until glossy.
Place the turkey in the pan and roast uncovered for 40 minutes until lightly golden.
Brush with glaze and continue roasting 20 to 35 minutes, brushing again halfway, until it reaches 165°F or 74°C.
Rest under foil for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with extra glaze.
