Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles
Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles are a crunchy, tangy, and cheesy snack packed with ranch-seasoned cream cheese, cheddar, and crispy turkey bacon. Ready in under 15 minutes, they make the perfect low-carb appetizer or party dish.
- 6 large pickles
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup turkey bacon bits
Prepare the pickles: Slice pickles in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds with a small spoon. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Make the filling: Mix softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and turkey bacon bits in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
Stuff the pickles: Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into each hollowed-out pickle half, spreading it evenly.
Air fry the pickles: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the stuffed pickles in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
Serve and enjoy: Let them cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy as-is or with your favorite dipping sauce.
