Air Fryer Pizza Toast
A quick snack combines crispy toast with gooey cheese, tangy sauce, and savory pepperoni.
- 2 slices of bread
- 40 g rustic passata
- 10-12 slices pepperoni salami
- 50 g mozzarella cheese
- Pizza herbs to taste
Spread the passata evenly on each slice of bread.
Layer pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
Season with pizza herbs.
Air-fry at 200°C for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serve hot and enjoy!
