Air Fryer Honey Garlic Steak Sweet Pepper Bites combine juicy flank steak marinated in a honey-soy sauce, air-fried with vibrant mini bell peppers. The result is a perfectly balanced, sweet-savory dish that's quick and easy to prepare!
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup sweet mini bell peppers
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro or green onions
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Add steak pieces and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
Halve the mini bell peppers. Toss the marinated steak with olive oil, then mix in the peppers.
