Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders
Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders are crispy, flavorful, and easy to make. Coated in a sweet-savory honey butter garlic glaze, they’re golden, crunchy, and juicy—without the extra oil!
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat for 5 minutes for even cooking.
Make the honey butter garlic sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Coat the chicken: Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken tender into the honey butter garlic sauce, then coat with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to help them stick.
Arrange in the air fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.
Air fry until crispy: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked (165°F/75°C internal temperature).
Rest and serve: Let the tenders rest for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce or a fresh salad!
